Operation "Skyfall" - a message from "The Blue Sepia Lady". Mike Nova comments: "Actions speak louder than songs. However, sing, baby, sing! I like it!"

A message from "The Blue Sepia Lady"

This is the end
Hold your breath and count to ten
Feel the Earth move and then
Hear my heart burst again
For this is the end
I've drowned and dreamt this moment
So overdue I owe them
Swept away I'm stolen

Let the sky fall
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together

Let the sky fall
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together
At Skyfall

Skyfall is where we start
A thousand miles and poles apart
When worlds collide, and days are dark
You may have my number, you can take my name
But you'll never have my heart

Let the sky fall,
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together

Let the sky fall,
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together
At Skyfall

Where you go I go
What you see I see
I know I'll never be without the security
Of your loving arms
Keeping me from harm
Put your hand in my hand
And we'll stand

Let the sky fall,
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together

Let the sky fall,
When it crumbles
We will stand tall
And face it all together
At Skyfall

Let the sky fall
We will stand tall
At Skyfall

Operation "Skyfall"

Purpose: to shoot down The Big Ear and The Big Eye from the Sky with a new "smart and soft" psychotronic "weapon" hidden in "Snowden download" files: "mass opinion manipulation and control via mass media", cooked up by the GRU in accordance with - imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, and sometimes of "sincere love" - and with the help of some old dusty "MKUltra" handbooks and recipes, for use by Russia somewhat belatedly, as always

A "Sky-fall" or a "Sunrise" ? Good time to wake up, to smell the coffee and to rise and shine! Actions speak louder than songs. However, sing, baby, sing! I like it!

Mike Nova comments:

SOME SKY FALLING - AND - RISING INTERPRETATIONS IN MVHASPO

The attempt to analyse-synthesise (to piece apart and together) and to understand "The SkyFall" as the operation, movie, myth and song in the most memorable performance of the "Russian Army Choir" and some of its most gifted soloists

Skyfall (song) - From Wikipedia

Quote:
"The lyrics closely follow the narrative of the film rather than focusing on romanticism.[3][9] According to Epworth, the song is about "death and rebirth", saying "It's like, when the world ends and everything comes down around your ears, if you've got each other's back, you can conquer anything. From death to triumph, that was definitely something we set out to try and capture".[2] The Daily Telegraph writer Neil McCormick described the lyrics as "slightly sinister" and containing references to a number of Bond tropes and motifs.[17]"

In MVHASPO (My Very Humble And Strictly Personal Opinion):

This is a message: jointly from the Russian political and military leadership, performed, by the way, by a gayish looking singer (?A tacit acknowledgement of Western concerns about human and gay rights issues?), holding a folder with a name of "Morning - 5" in his hands (?"We have all the Snowden files on you! Wake up! Hende hoh!"?) and with a big figure "5" in the background (? a self-given top mark "5", which means "excellent"?); since "the chorus of the Russian Army" would not dare to emit a note or produce any meaningful and audible sound without the proper order, approval and command from the "highest levels of leadership".

This message possibly, if it is interpreted by me more or less correctly, contains three main parts.

1). Admission of guilt and celebration of crime: "Yes, we did it, it is a "Skyfall" for you, of major proportions; and it is a retaliation for our previous humiliations and it is our victory which we now celebrate with this show. Catch me if you can!

Subcomment: We will.
This part of the message also appears to signal a desire to end the current stage of this operation and to take a breather.

2). Claim of unity "in the face of adversity": "Russian political and military leadership stands united and you are not going to drive a wedge between us (intended or perceived). We will drive a wedge between you and your allies."

See also Lavrov - Shoigu visit

3). Plea for truce or "peace": It might be also (again, if it is interpreted by me correctly and if it is not some type of the "wishful thinking" on my part), an offer of truce and/or peace (on the part of the mentioned above "joint Russian leadership") and a tacit acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issues and circumstances involved and the desire to signal the peaceful intentions and offers of cooperation: see the recent developments on Syria: "to stand back to back", "together" "we will stand tall or face it all together at skyfall" as the words in the "Skyfall" song are.

Subcomment:

For Russia, to stand firmly and unequivocally within the Western orbit and to share the Western values and interests - is the best she can hope for historically, as a country and as a culture.

It will be also logically consistent with the old British "naked powers" equation: "If you cannot beat them, join them" which might have some special, common sense appeal, to some Russian carriers of the "naked powers", among them the so called "Siloviki"(representing the views and interests, material and political, of "Siloviye Vedomstva": Security and Defence) and, and as opposed to, "Tziviliki" (representing the civilian, civil and somewhat civilised contemporary Russian "society"; or rather, to use a somewhat more fashionable word and concept: "социум", "идейная община" or "an ideological community" of "cohabitating humans", a "commune": please note some subtle difference in the vocabulary and usage but essentially the same  etymology.

However we have to note that there is always and everywhere a range of thoughts, feelings and " appeals" which extend far and  beyond the realm of "common senses", rightly or wrongly; in all sorts of various directions and with all the various vectors of forces.

The last part, as a hypothetical signal about the hypothetical offer of "truce or peace", sounds good, if it is true; and, apparently this is the most immediate and sincere reaction of Mr. Putin's (after a period of testing, of trying to meet his limits in how far he would be allowed to proceed) to Mr. Obama's cancellation of the planned meeting. For Mr. Putin, the subjects of the various statuses and their various symbols are obviously of great and deep importance, and he appears to be quite sensitive and thin-skinned about what he perceives as "personal snubs", for some possible and interesting onto-genetic reasons. It also signifies, to some degree, the greater range of accessibility, attention and efficiency which, apparently comes with this newly sprouted system of communications, based more on the negative, rather than the positive feedback model.

The mentioned above hypothesis can be easily tested by the practical actions, which always speak much louder than the cracklings of "Skyfall operations", words, songs, "tropes" and "motifs"; and even more than the much beloved by the Russians, James Bond movies themselves, which are, no doubts,  a part of the "Western Propaganda's subversive, perverse, and corrupting influence" on some of the Russian intelligence most sensitive and, undeniably and without a doubt also (?), (super?)artistic? fledgling(?) and promising (what, when, how?) minds.

MOSCOW | Thu Aug 29, 2013 7:59am EDT
(Reuters) - Russia is sending two warships to the east Mediterranean, Interfax news agency said on Thursday, but Moscow denied this meant it was beefing up its naval force there as Western powers prepare for military action against Syria.

Interfax quoted a source in the armed forces' general staff as saying Russia, Syria's most powerful ally, was deploying a missile cruiser from the Black Sea Fleet and a large anti-submarine ship from the Northern Fleet in the "coming days".

Considering Edward Snowden

By  (about the author)

Quote:

"In the matter of his acceptance of a one-year grant of political asylum from Russia, this is the first time that I have ever heard of such a provisional grant of political asylum. It argues for a contract-like circumstance that could well be Snowden making his downloaded data available, making himself available for further debriefing, and perhaps conducting a few seminars for the Russian security apparatus before moving on to a nation with a political philosophy and lifestyle that he considers to be more compatible with his preferences. Certainly the high-minded declarations of Vladimir Putin in the run up to this granting of temporary asylum are easily and safely discounted based solely on his reputation.

Of course, none of this admittedly circumstantial evidence can be considered as positive proof of Snowden's subterfuge. But considered in the aggregate, one must admit that it has the odor of ill repute all over it. That should be sufficient to dampen any effort to lionize Snowden for what could well be a smoke screen for an effort to enrich himself at the expense of his nation's security."

Mike Nova comments:
Were the NSA files and information obtained by Russian (Military Intelligence?) hackers by themselves first and later "conveniently" fed to Snowden or skillfully "inserted" into his "download files"? This might be at least a partial answer to the rather extensive size of his "collection", the exact contents of which still are undetermined and probably would not be determined for a long time.

THURSDAY, MAY 16, 2013 - More details about the CIA SNAFU in Moscow and some general context information Interesting information is being leaked to reporters in Moscow about the recent CIA spy incident in Moscow...
Igor Sergun
There are even more smaller reasons which I will not mention here for the sake of space.  Bottom line is this: the GRU is now the weakest of the Russian security services even though it is now headed by a real career GRU officer - Igor Sergun - about whom very little is known, but who has made an excellent impression so far.  Personally, I expect the GRU to slowly but surely recover under with combined efforts of Defense Minister Shoigu, Chief of Staff Valerii Gerasimov and GRU Commander in Chief Igor Sergun and I expect the new GRU to be very different from the old one with the biggest changes probably coming in the Russian special forces structure.

I wanted to mention these facts to illustrate an important feature of the context of the latest CIA SNAFU in Moscow: the after two decades of absolute collapse, the Russian security services are back, some of them probably better shape than their Soviet predecessors (I think of the FSB here).   This means that after two decades of careless arrogance western intelligence services need to adapt to this new reality and not assume that the 1990s are not really over.  They are.

Whether Fogle himself was a drooling idiot or somebody with mental issues really doesn't matter.  What matter is that the Russian security services are clearly punishing the USA for not taking their previous warning seriously.

This is what we see across the board: the Americans just can't accept the fact that Russia under Putin  has truly slipped away from its imperial control and that from now on the USA will have to treat Russia as an equal and respected partner if it wants to do business with it.  If not - they can expect even more painful or embarrassing "push back" from the Kremlin.

"Сегодня ГРУ - практически единственная спецслужба в мире, имеющая в своей структуре все известные в настоящее время виды и направления разведки ..."

"Russia’s military intelligence has focused its activity on terrorism, crisis regions, and the prevention of nuclear proliferation, its chief Major General Igor Sergun said in a report presented to President Dmitry Medvedev on Thursday.
Changes in the global situation require corrections in intelligence priorities and their implementation mechanisms,” Sergun, who took over as head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) from Alexander Shlyakhturov in December last year, said in his report."

"he was Shlyakhturov’s deputy and his background appears to have been in field intelligence, including time as a military attache. In other words, he’s career GRU, not a drop-in from elsewhere in the General Staff apparatus. I could be wrong, but I don’t believe he has a Spetsnaz action-man background, either.

So this looks like a very business-as-usual transition. However, what makes this interesting is precisely the length of time it has taken for Shlyakhturov’s fate to be decided – or at least announced – at a time when the GRU is facing serious challenges and a probable further downgrading in status. Today’s confusion as to his departure is just extra indication of this. Although Sergun appears to have been Shlyakhturov’s protege, the choice would not have been his but that of Defence Minister Serdyukov, Chief of the General Staff Makarov, and whoever makes these decisions at the top level – presumably Putin. In this context, it makes sense to choose a spook given that. as the GRU contracts, its defence attache network will be one of the few strategic-level assets it is likely to retain."

We have to address, to explore and to understand these issues

Mr. Putin issued his first warning to me in January of 2010, not long after I published one of my first comments in "Russian Journal" on the article "Президента пытаются шантажировать - Махать кулаками после драки" by Sergey Markov  which was published on October 16, 2009. This comment or the brief satirical article was titled "Как моя жена научилась щи варить" ("How my wife learned to cook a cabbage soup"), in reference to Mr. Putin's remarks about the foreign election monitors, who, according to him "should teach their own wives how to cook a cabbage soup" (but not the experienced and skillful Russian cooks) and was published on November 2, 2009 when I was in Russia (I spent more than a year there, in 2009 - 2010) and this article was signed by a pen name "Михаил Тошненко", which literally means "I want to throw up"; in reference to and as a paraphrase of the name of well known satirical writer of the Soviet, Stalin's times, Михаил Зощенко Later on, about a couple of years later, all the comments in "Russian Journal" were erased by its new editor (Нет уж, дорогой "гуманистический психиатр"); apparently and at least in part, due to my "excessive commenting activity"; my first, original blog "Russia and The West", published on Wordpress platform was closed by Wordpress, without any explanations and opportunity to address their concerns, most likely after complaints by Russians, hypocritically citing some quotes as "inappropriate or using offensive language" and I republished some of these comments and articles in a collection of various materials titled "Избранные места из NEпереписки с ПростоФилей" in the current "Russia and The West" blog on Blogger platform.

In his wailed warning, mentioned in a speech at the "Meeting of State Council on the problems of development of Russian political system" (Стенографический отчёт о заседании Государственного совета по вопросам развития политической системы России, 22 января 2010 года, 14:00  Москва, Кремль), Mr. Putin said:

I will translate the last part of this abstract: "And if we recall Zoshchenko (Зощенко), who said once, if you remember, he had the following phrase: "They say a word is not a sparrow, if it flies out, you cannot catch it. But in our country ("у нас"), they will go after you, they will catch you and put you in jail."
Mr. A. Lukashenko (a president of Belarus), apparently also had his own reasons to be quite unhappy or angry with me, because I mentioned him in previous comments, published in "Russian Journal" article "Россия – за равноправные отношения в Европе". These comments were also erased later on and were reproduced in my blog on the same page
Notorious and very disliked by today Russian liberal politicians and activists, and recently fired from his government job (he was in charge of "ideological" issues) Vladislav Surkov, whose original background is in military intelligence and later in Khodorkovsky case, and who was also an unofficial curator of "Russian Journal" (this publication apparently is subsidised by the Russian government in some obscure and mysterious ways, like almost everything that is done in Russia and is in fact just a front for a modern days KGB, whatever it is now called and is used by "kontora" as a source of misinformation, disinformation and half-truth information under the hypocritical cover of "liberalism") and who also used to freelance as an occasional commentator for "Russian Journal" (in addition to his "high official duties", which included, among others the co-chairmanship of American-Russian Committee on "Civil Society" or something like this) apparently also had his reasons to be very unhappy and angry at me for some very sharp comments published in the same "Russian Journal". I will not quote them here because I do not have them at hand, but I think that those who are interested, can find them easily. I clashed with him in these commentarial discussions quite severely.
These persons and probably some others, (and, of course it is not that easy to figure out who exactly; possibly all of them to the various degrees), apparently decided to get back at me in a "nonverbal way" and to "teach me a lesson". And, which is more, to retaliate with an extensive "public humiliation", in return to what they perceived as their own "public humiliation" in my writings. This did not, does not and will not affect me at all: If "public" is a faceless mob you cannot be affected by its approval or disapproval; it is just nothing, like an empty barking of dogs or senseless mooing of cows; you can only be amazed with it and laugh at it, viewing it as one of the funny social phenomena: animalistic herd mentality and behavior. We can be truly affected by our equals, our peers only, those who are close to us and whom we feel a part of; those whom we sincerely respect and love. And they never judge us too harshly, because we are a part of them. As great A. Pushkin said, "Ты сам свой высший суд": "You yourself are your own supreme court", which means: your own conscience and your own values. Or as Marcus Aurelius said, "Anything in any way beautiful derives its beauty from itself and asks nothing beyond itself. Praise is no part of it, for nothing is made worse or better by praise." And we can add: social approval or disapproval is also no part of it.
I do not know the exact mechanisms and arrangements of their "retaliatory actions", although I do have some ideas about them. They used or arranged the local circumstances to achieve their goal, no doubts about it. Apparently, as the old saying goes, they conveniently used some "cats' paws" to pull their "chestnuts out of the fire" for them, as their habit and custom is; which provided them with an excellent cover. The question is, how exactly they did this, through what channels and ways, and this becomes a very serious question which does require a very serious attention. The issue, of course, is not me personally, I am not a politician, not even any significant political activist, I am, as I see myself, just a regular blogger, who sometimes writes on political subjects, Russian and others. A great many people do that, although some of my comments and articles were very sharp and critical. The issue is the general significance of this occurrence if, of course, my interpretation of the events is correct or close to being correct.

It probably was also "a smart ass" attempt and a part of Russian Intelligence well pre-planned and coordinated design to influence me against the domestic surveillance and to use my voice in this discussion. Learn to work, boys and girls! Go back to school! Transplant some good cerebellums into your intellectually deficient brains, you need them; but not mine. Your problem is that you have "no brains, no schooling and no class" and you have nowhere to get them. The only thing that you know how to do well is to steal and to try to manipulate and to exploit. Try to do this with your own "high officials", they need it. Otherwise poor Mother Russia will remain headless, brainless and forever and hopelessly miserable and lost. Do your homework before trying to start with me. All this should be a good learning experience for you. And if you try to play with me again, you will get it back so hard that you will not get up.
And this brings us to the next, and also very important issue: the political process and the right of the people (any person, any of us) to express their opinions freely. Political satire is a very old and recognised genre, and politicians have to be tolerant of it, even if sometimes they feel quite hurt by these satirical writings (see СВОБОДА СЛОВА И РАБСТВО ХАМСТВА), which are produced and publicised not to hurt them personally but are a part of democratic political process. In our free country, God bless it, very sharp and very satirical pieces are published in The New York Times and other major papers, radio programs, TV shows, etc., regularly; and, I suppose, no sane politician would ever contemplate any revenge or retaliation. In Russia, despite all their lofty words and considerably greater freedom of speech and press than in old Soviet times (if only on a surface), the reality and mentality unfortunately do not go far enough. They use the Snowden affair hypocritically and very loudly to highlight the issues of electronic surveillance, while they themselves are a totalitarian surveillance society (I can judge on the basis of my personal experience), electronic and otherwise, intolerant of political opposition and various NGO-s (which are forced to register as "foreign agents"), suppressing the free and independent thinking and truly free, well armed press, including the area of investigative journalism and political satire in its robust, "biting" forms; especially in this period of "Putin Redux": his third, and, I think, very unfortunate for Russia, presidential term
This post, on my part, is not an attempt to "blackmail" the current Russian President or "to waive my fists after a fight", as was the title of the article on which I published one of my first comments in "Russian Journal" ("Президента пытаются шантажировать - Махать кулаками после драки"); there is no need or reason to do this. We have to address, to explore and to understand these issues, because no one of us; anywhere, be it Russia or Puerto Rico or any other place should face crude physical retaliation and attempts at intimidation and silencing. God gave us our tongues, minds and verbal abilities not to hide our thoughts and feelings, not to be afraid; in any area, and especially in political matters, but to express them freely, and when it is necessary, openly and very loudly; even if sometimes it may be unconventional or unpopular thinking. And this is one of the major differences between our country and our mentality and the countries like Russia and some others, where this right is not tolerated or is not tolerated fully and the free speech in its various forms, be it journalism (killings or intimidations of "undesirable" journalists and bloggers in Russia and other unfree countries is almost a common occurrence) or artistic expression, even if it is perceived by some as insulting , offending or simply "out of place", as for example, in Pussy Riot case
If we do not think and express ourselves freely, we will risk going radically against our own nature; risk ceasing to be humans, risk enslaving ourselves, and lives like that are simply not worth living.

As I wrote in one of my previous posts, I think that we are in the midst of a fully fledged information war, a relatively new and still unexplored fully in its particulars, processes and consequences type of a warfare but no less cruel, senseless (and at the same time meaningful) and potentially lethal and devastating. I do not think that there are that many people who like wars, and, for one, I certainly do not. But "à la guerre comme à la guerre". There are times for wars, "the creative destructions"; and there are times for peace, the post-destructive, constructive and productive creations; new contents, new forms, new meanings and new lives in the new, more fair and viable social and international paradigms.

And here are some funny cartoons for your entertainment. Please change (at least mentally) the date from 2030 to 2013 - 2014. This thinking might be wishful but I hope it is fair.

Open Letter To Father John

Dear Father John:

I do appreciate your responses and do feel a real and sincere person in you. I also understand the somewhat uncomfortable situation I might put you in with this correspondence. However, as a truly religious person, which I think and hope you are, I am sure you understand the importance of the issues that we came to discuss (maybe incidentally and at the random confluence of circumstances, but at the same time, possibly due to a certain higher will, whatever we call and interpret it). If you allow me (and apparently, even if you do not  ), I would like to take just a little bit more of your valuable time and to mention another issue which seems to be of utmost importance and of real life and symbolic significance for both Russia (her history and culture) and the Western values and conscience: the Pussy Riot case. If you permit me this strong and maybe somewhat exaggerated but exact expression, the persecution and prosecution of Pussy Riot reeks to high heaven!

Some might view it as an "offence against religion and public worship" and others as a violation of freedom of artistic expression. Whatever this difference of opinions is (both of these opinions should be equally recognised, respected and explored further to advance our better and contemporary understanding and conceptualisation of this dilemma), these girls do suffer and undeservedly so, I think. They made the modern day saints out of them, unwillingly and unwittingly. I think that the spirit of Mother Russia resides in their souls, and the touch and protective shade of Bogoroditsa is upon them. They have to be released, and as soon as possible! This affair covers Russia as a state and ROC with shame. It will be better for everyone if this problem is resolved. I also think (and I wrote about this before, and, in part, maybe very sharply and satirically, which also is my right to the freedom of artistic expression) that this story raises a more general, very interesting and important for our understanding of Russian history, issue of historical tragedy of Russian Byzantism, which might be at the heart of her problems as a state and as a culture.

Whatever our understanding and interpretations of this subject are, and I am sure we might differ on it radically, the bottom line remains the same: these girls have to be released! Another aspect of this issue: feminism, and maybe even "militant feminism" as an ideology relates closely to the previous issue that I had a chance to present to you in my first email: gay rights, which include also human and gay rights of the clergy of all Churches. ROC and OCA will have to deal with these issues, sooner or later, and better sooner than later. Catholic Church (may God bless Pope Francis, if I may say so, even if I am a non-believer) started to deal with them, quietly, but courageously. Apparently the Orthodox Churches will have to make their moves. These issues will not go away, even if they are called an "Apocalypse" by Patriarch Kirill, they have to be dealt with directly, intelligently and in "good faith", in all meanings of this expression. This spectrum of subjects opens and includes another one: historical Schism of Catholic and Orthodox Churches and their perspectives for ecclesiastical reunion and for ecumenical movement. I think it would be also appropriate to note the positions of Protestant Churches in this matters and, in my very humble opinion, their overall more advanced, more humanistic and much more contemporary approach to these issues.

The beliefs are for humans, they fill their lives and give them a sense of meaning, purpose, direction and moral orientation (regardless, if we share or do not share them, if we agree or do not agree with them; some might say that beliefs have "therapeutic value"); not humans for beliefs, as the objects of anachronistic sacrifices, imprisonments and punishments. Not in the our modern world! If Christian Churches (and in this context, apparently, mostly Catholic and Orthodox Churches) do not change their attitudes, their theological understanding and interpretation of these issues, they risk losing their members, slowly but surely, and risk to become irrelevant to people and eventually, I dare to say, risk entering the road to extinction.

Please forgive me these amateurish ramblings; in our free country, I guess, we feel entitled even to them.
Once again, Father John, I want to say, to yell and to scream; and I wish you and your brothers would do it with me:

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

Thank you and goodbye; I think we will be in touch.
Sincerely and with hopes, Michael.

P.S. I will send a copy of this email and the previous, the first one, to Moscow Patriarchate and to Vatican and will also publish it in my blog as an open letter; I hope and think that you will not have objections to this.

-

Dear Sirs and compatriots:

I hope that you will not perceive me as being out of bounds if I share this link with you and ask you to convey it to Moscow Patriarchate, since they, apparently do not have or do not want to publicise their email.
Please also allow me to add that this is a very important matter, indeed; and I am sure that you are fully aware of this.
This is not just an issue of human sexuality, and not even simply an issue of human rights. It seems to me that this event and Pope Francis' words will have the most profound implications for the histories of Christianity, Christendom and the World itself.
Needless to say, I am sure that you are very concerned with the historical and spiritual fate of Russia and share deeply her pains.
Is this not the proper time to start meaningful and in-depth consideration and discussion of this issue? Orthodox Church in America might have an unique role and an unique responsibility and even an unique and high mission to work with Moscow Patriarchate on resolution of these very complex but extremely important questions.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope that you understand me correctly.

Sincerely, Michael Novakhov

This is a copy of an email that I attempted to send to MP:

Dear Sirs:
I would like to share this link with you:

Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

Sincerely, Michael Novakhov

Attention Patriarch Kirill

Dear Patriarch Kirill:
Please, read my

Open Letter To Father John

And I want to say again:

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

FREE PUSSY RIOT!

Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope that God will fill your heart with wisdom, understanding and forgiveness.

Sincerely, Michael

I was not able to send this email to the addressee, because they turned off their email address.

They want to stay deaf, mute and blind. That's how they minister to Mother Russia.

Apparently what they prefer to see is gold and green paper, and what they prefer to hear is the cheap and hypocritical praise. And this is another example of devious, gangrenous and rotten Russian Bysantism.

The blind leaders of the blind, the deaf leaders of the deaf!

The KGB, The Moscow Patriarchate & The World Council of Churches

The KGB, The Moscow Patriarchate & The World Council of Churches Collection (10)

The "Moscow Patriarchate" was established on order from Stalin in 1943 as a front organization for the NKVD, and later, for the KGB. All key positions in the Church, including bishops, were approved by the Ideological Department of CPSU and by the KGB. The priests were used as agents of influence in the World Council of Churches and in front organizations such as World Peace Council, Christian Peace Conference, and the Rodina ("Motherland") Society founded by the KGB in 1975. The future Russian Patriarch Alexius II said that Rodina has been created to "maintain spiritual ties with our compatriots" and to help organize them. According to the Archive, Alexius worked for the KGB as agent DROZDOV, and received an honorary citation from the agency for a variety of services.

Upon ascending to power in Russia, the experienced Putin and long serving director of espionage also inherited the control over the Moscow Patriarchate. This control presented him with a golden opportunity: why not send his intelligence agents in the guise of spiritual figures to various parts of the world, where their outward identities would permit them conduct their clandestine operations without attracting undue attention? In order to make this maneuver more successful, he launched a
programme to “unite” the Russian Overseas Church Abroad and her
attendant Russian émigré with the MP, thereby placing them under his
control and “legalizing” his field of operations throughout the whole
world. Unfortunately, an undermined ROCA was unable to withstand theneo-communist onslaught of bribery, sycophancy and outright blackmail, and quickly succumbed to his MP.

Fortunately, because of God’s mercy, there were some clergy and laity
among overseas faithful that refused become a subordinate part of
“patriarch” Alexis and his “metropolitburo”. They began to reactivate
church life on the original ROCA beginnings, declaring that they will remain to the true precepts of the Church, and rejecting the betrayers of Christ’s Teachings that have become part of the MP.
The pivotal role played by Putin in this unification can be seen not only  by the initiatives that he displayed from the beginning of this entrapment, but by his personal zealous assistance provided to the Patriarchate over the past years, in seizing monasteries and parishes outside of the Russian Federation.

On the 17th May 2007, when the unification was being celebrated in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, Putin violated Church statutes, custom and decorum by halting the Church Service to deliver a speech! His behaviour showed that what was transpiring carried a political and not a religious significance.

Having gained control over the overseas parishes, the neo-soviet government can now develop its activities in areas where before they had no bases or logistical support. Putin’s various government
instrumentalities are now in a position to extend their technical services and contacts through the compliant Patriarchate. The political substance embedded in the MP can be seen in its structure.
The government officials in “cassocks” attached to the Patriarchate, have
developed a series of sub-divisions within her, each with specific responsibilities, the most prominent being the security section that protects the “patriarch” and his “metropolitburo”. The security guards
attached to this section are military service veterans, even though they are officially registered as “students” of theological academies and seminaries. They dress in civilian clothing, in cassocks or in pseudo-cossack uniforms. They are armed with small whips and side arms and have German shepherd dogs at their disposal. They are also fully trained in chemical weaponry, explosives and are fully conversant with electronics and computer technology. Within the MP, there is also a section that deals with documents/passports, which is capable (in emergencies) of issuing instant visas or extending them, to prolong stays in the RF of existing

visas, to arrange invitations to foreign dignitaries etc…
