Brazil and Mexico summoned U.S. ambassadors Monday after media reports that the United States had spied on their countries' presidents.

Comment: This looks like continuation of the same efforts: to drive a wedge between the USA and its Latin American allies, strategically timed right before the G-20 meeting and conveniently supplied by the same players.

-

Mike Nova comments:

The incestuous proliferation (the offspring of one couple as the basis: "пара леопардов принесла потомство, которое послужит основанием") might limit and impoverish the genetic pool, even with animals and even with leopards and "leopards".
"Fresh blood", along with fresh thinking, is always desirable. Although the idea of leopards' preservation might be a laudable one, their health and integrity, including their "political health and integrity", if these things are not mutually exclusive, and proper containment within a certain distance from the prospective Sochi Olympus and Olympians should also be within the scope of observation.
